We do not ask for medical records through this website. Please share only the details needed to arrange support.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and coordinate the support you request, and keep you informed about it.

With your consent, we contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the Guardians, service providers and authorized family members needed to deliver the support you ask for, or where the law requires it.

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
